EdgeDVR is a powerful hardware and software suite that provides state-of-the-art digital video recording and management capabilities for divers and ROV operators working in a variety of subsea and offshore sectors including construction, oil and gas, inspection and surveying. The system offers simultaneous recording of high-definition and standard-definition video, and is highly accessible to users of all ability levels.
EdgeDVR allows you to record video from up to four channels at a time, and also enables recording and control of multibeam sonars. The system features built-in black box recording, and video can also be streamed over the network.

Hardware Options
EdgeDVR is provided as standard installed on a 4U rack-mounted unit with options for SD, HD or 4K capabilities. The system is based around the Windows 10 Pro operating system, stored on dual-redundant solid state hard drives for maximum performance and reliability. Three removable 4TB hard drives provide data storage – two for storing inspection data, and one for SD/HD black box video as well as video generated by the COABIS, Apollo and Nexus third party inspection software.
EdgeDVR can also be supplied on a number of other hardware configurations, allowing you to prioritize performance or portability according to your specific requirements. Options include:
