Ares Turbidity Sensor
The Ares Turbidity Sensor uses optical measurement via ultra-bright energy-efficient infrared LEDs to provide indications of water quality, and is ideal for environmental monitoring, oceanographic research, marine operations, and aquaculture. It offers both digital and analog outputs.
Each compact and low-power sensor is individually calibrated to laboratory standards, and is programmed with a response to reflected light that can be converted to quantitative measurements of turbidity.
