Petrel X Relay
The Petrel X Relay is an AIS-compatible data relay that receives AIS locations of nearby vessels and transmits that data to a designated computing system in order to trigger a set action. Designed for easy and convenient short-range tracking and recovery, it also enables its location to be automatically displayed on the AIS chartplotters of nearby vessels without the need for any additional devices or software.
The relay can be easily set up via Bluetooth, and features a low-power sleep mode that activates when underwater. The remote head design offers versatile installation options, using a flexible cable to join the unit to an external power supply.
