Teledyne Marine Launches a Variety of New Subsea Technologies

Teledyne Marine introduced the Teledyne Compact Navigator, an advanced and highly compact autonomous integrated navigation system designed with a focus on minimizing size, weight, and power (SWaP) while maximizing performance and functionality. Read more >>

EverClean Inspection Robot to Bring Hybrid Technology to Ocean Business 2025
Greensea IQ unveiled its new ship inspection robot at the trade show, the EverClean Inspection Robot. This is a standalone, commercially available system designed specifically for underwater inspection, is built on the same trusted platform as the EverClean hull cleaning robot. New ESC Motor Controller Enhances Precision & Efficiency for Subsea Vehicles
Hydromea has introduced the D-FIN™ Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) — a compact, high-efficiency motor controller designed specifically for demanding robotic applications in underwater environments. Engineered in Switzerland, the D-FIN™ ESC is optimized for use with Hydromea’s own DISKDRIVE™ thrusters but also supports a wide range of brushless permanent magnet DC (BLDC) motors across the robotics and industrial sectors.
New Shallow Water Dynamic Positioning Technology Launched
Building on Sonardyne’s decade-long expertise in hybrid acoustic-inertial navigation systems, the company launched its new shallow water dynamic positioning (DP) reference system ahead of Ocean Business 2025. After unveiling the INKA Iris camera system at UDT 2025, Cathx Ocean has showcased the platform at Ocean Business. It is designed to transform subsea operations by delivering real-time, AI-driven data processing directly onboard vehicles.
INKA, as Cathx Ocean’s onboard hardware processing platform, empowers subsea vehicles with the capability to make AI-driven decisions in real-time. The Iris camera, the first to be built on the INKA platform, combines high-performance imaging with onboard data processing, offering a compact and power-efficient solution.
New Marine Data Platform to Debut at Ocean Business 2025
Tritonia unveiled Hydrophis, an advanced marine data platform, at Ocean Business 2025. Designed to enhance how organizations host, visualize, and analyze underwater survey data, Hydrophis brings a new level of clarity to seabed assessments and underwater asset inspections. The solution redefines marine surveying by seamlessly integrating multiple data types, including georeferenced 3D photogrammetry, AI-driven analysis, side-scan sonar, orthomosaics, and multibeam sonar data.
